How can I update my time zone?
You can update your time zone from within edit your profile, accessible on the top right of the navigation bar.
How can I request a course about a specific topic?
Please fill out our Contact Us form to tell us what topics you are looking forward to learning more about.
I'm changing jobs and I will need to use my new company email. How can I update my account?
First, you’ll need to create a new Amazon account with your new work email. Then, open a new learning console account using your new Amazon login account details. Once your new account is created, please use the Contact Us form to request the merging of your old learning console account with your new learning console account.
Can I update my name or email address in my learning console user profile?
Unfortunately, you cannot change your name or email address in the learning console. These fields are automatically pulled from the “login with Amazon” (LWA) database, which is managed by our retail site.
If you are switching jobs you’ll need to create a new Amazon account with your new work email. Then, open a new learning console account using your new Amazon login account details.
How can I add my badge to LinkedIn?
To add credentials to your LinkedIn profile
- Click the Me icon in the navigation bar at the top of your LinkedIn homepage
- Click View Profile
- Click Add section under the introduction section
- Under Background, choose Licenses & certifications
- Next to Licenses & certifications, click + Add icon
- Complete the prompted fields and Save
The Credential ID and URL may be found in your profile on the learning console
- In the learning console, click My Profile
- Click your Certification or award badge
- Copy the URL and paste it in your LinkedIn profile under Credential URL
- The completion ID on your Certification or award badge is called Credential ID on LinkedIn
Why can’t I see my certifications in the Partner Network dashboard?
It can take up to 72 hours for your certification to appear in the Partner Network dashboard.
If you continue to face issues after 72 hours, please complete the Contact Us form to get in touch with the learning console team.
Why can’t I retake my certification if more than 24 hours have passed?
You should be able to retake your certification assessment again after 24 hours by clicking on "RETAKE" on the top of the page, not the review button. You will be required to approve the disclaimer again, then you are able to launch your assessment.
Why can’t I see all of the certifications?
Full access to certifications, including Ads Foundations and Campaign Planning, are only available to advertisers who access the learning console through the Amazon Ads Console or the Amazon DSP console’s help center, along with advertisers who are managed customers. If you are a self-service customer, please log into your Amazon Ads Console account and click on “Training courses” under “?” menu to gain access to the additional certifications. If you are a managed customer, please reach out to your Amazon contact to request a link to obtain access.
I have to complete the certification today for my employer, but I've been locked out. Can you unlock it for me?
Unfortunately, you will have to wait 24 hours to retake the assessment.
I have completed a certification. How do I get my badge?
Once you’ve passed a certification assessment, navigate to your profile page, accessible on the top right, to view your current badge(s). Certification badges can be manually added to your LinkedIn account. If you only viewed and passed the certification assessment, your badge will not appear yet. You need to launch the certification learning path to activate the award.
